terms of service

by commissioning me, you agree to everything listed below. please read over before you contact me for a commission.

general terms

- failure to acknowledge and comply to these terms will have you blacklisted from any and all of my services.- commissions can vary from a few days to a month depending on complexity, please allow time for commissions to be worked on.- these terms are subject to change at any time.- I reserve the right to cancel or refund a commission at any time.

payment

- all prices are in Canadian Dollars (CAD).- you can pay through paypal or kofi.- you will pay once you are satisfied with the sketch I've provided. i will not continue to line art until i've received payment.

commission process

- i will send updates on your commission fairly often. if there are mistakes or you would like a change please notify me!- i will do 3 minor changes after sketch stage free of charge, however after this, minor changes will cost $5 and major changes will cost $10.

refunds

- if you request a refund during the sketch process, i will refund in full. However, if i've continued onto line art, I cannot guarantee a full refund.- if for whatever reason i am unable to continue with your commission due to any personal reason, you will receive a full refund.

use and copyright

- i do not allow my work to be used in any kind of ai or blockchain.- you may use my work as icons, banners, to post on social media etc, however I still retain the rights to this work. I am allowed it as an example piece, or share it if needed.- I do not allow any of my work to be used commercially.
